Dear Shamin,
At the outset I would like to appreciate for the tasks accomplished.
You can also work on mid-year review, skill matrix, probation evaluation. Also on the exit interview formalities. You can try framing different committees such as, disciplinary committee, grievance committee, safety committee, employee welfare committee, et al. It may help you in long run.
All the best. Do well and give a good base to the organization. I believe you can.

You handle the work load very smartly, you need only one thing that is use some software for managing all the task with one click so that there is no more burden on your shoulder.

Thank u Vivek & Vaishali, these appreciations seriously work as a great motivator for me, making me feel im just going ahead on the right track. As against the senior employees here who have been good at resisting changes (few ego clashes in the office).
Whereas the softwares are concerned, i feel it will be a little too early to get it introduced now, once the strength grows will surely get that done as well.
Can you please help me with some guidelines for recruitment, as ours is a Legal Firm. not like the normal BPOs & KPOs, it gets a little difficult attracting candidates (with good communication skills). I am really facing a challenge there. Please don't tell me to outsource recruitment now, as I said its a little too early, here I need to first work out things by myself, prove to be an all rounder, then can outsource work. We do have job portals, but i still feel that there is something lacking in the efforts, cant figure out that.
