1. First send a mail to all confirming participation, so you know how may employees will be coming and how many will be getting their famalies
2. Keep three to four ten minute games with small prizes. Games can be found on the net in google search.
3. If budget permits and the group will be over 75 people, get an event organizer, they are professionals and will keep everyone involved.
4. Decorate the hall with baloons and keep a kids zone
