Hi,
I have few ideas.
  • Puzzle could be a good idea
  • Some sequential story through which they desire & think for further one (like Serials directed by Kavita Kapoor :icon6:).
  • Achievement / News letter etc.
  • u can ask for things from employees - if they have good painting, Drawing, champ certificate, Poem, Sayries etc. (coz harek insaan me ek KALAKAR chhupa hota he) - truly it gvs tremandous feedback.
All the best.

hi there,
you can do lot of things in it you can even ask any employee to contribute for it you can include best employees on bi-weekly basis or monthly basis, even you can add moral stories which bost employees to work more effictvely and efficently, as you say birthday list and thot of day are common you can include some games like think big by giving a statement and saying to employees to give it one word............so start your creativity dude
All the best

Hi,
You may have a "Welcome Message" with the names of the new joiners that would make them feel important at the very first instance.
You may also display the addresses of houses vacant in near by areas that would really help the new joiners.
Good day.

Hi all
The ideas pouring in from all are highly humourous and made me think of these.
1) List of eligible bachelor employees
2) News Headlines for the day
3) Today's Menu at pantry
4) Real estate brokerage in the neighbourhood
5) Lovers' gossips of the week
6) Jokes, drawings, kids' art work, wedding bells etc.
7) New Film releases in the nearby theatres
8) Cookery Recipes
9) Festival purchases and freebies

I think there has to be an Inhouse magazine where you can do all non-HR matter. Please..please be serious that HR notice board is meant only for HR related bulletin / data that speaks on Labor laws, Acts, Holidays, ESI Dispensaries list, Employee Blood group list, Company policy, ethics etc.
If all masala stuffs are displayed, then nobody will look into the board at all. Even if they look, all would crowd up in front of the display box and productivity will fall down as a result of HR's initiatives.
