I am working with a Group of Company- one is FMCG and the other is a Construction unit as an Executive-HR. The thing that I have found is that there is too much of attrition in this company. I have tried my best to retain the employees but unable to do so. Pls suggest me how to retain the employees.

It is not clear for me about the salary payment during maternity leave.
ESI is not deducted in my salary. My salary is Rs.30000
I need maternity leave of 6months. Will I get salary atleast for the first 3months of maternity leave.
What about other 3months if there is loss of pay. Will my PF account will get discontinued.
Please clarify me.
