At last HR request me to put down the paper as per him he knows everything and I am got getting justice still he have to do his job otherwise he would be in trouble. When I say put me a letter mentioning the fault you had find in me he was speechless and told me all these. When I told him that I am sorry I can't then he told me he have to transfer me to other region but he will also have to face the consequences from the management if he donot get resignation letter from me. As he is a family man so he constantly request me to send the resignation. Atlast I submitted the same as I had 3 month notice period and I ask for only 1 month. But till date they haven't accept the same in return. What to do pls guide me?
