Please find attached one sample KRA format for QA dept. similarly you can work out for other functions.While finalising KRA you need to discuss with each HOD and then with business head to frreze the KRA's. Please do write if you furtehr need any clarification.

Few more tips on KRA.
KRA should not be action plan. They should not be subjective. They should be measurable.They should be tracked quarterly and compared with previous year. This is a part of MBO method.

I hv gone thru your concern and replied posed by friends. But in my opinion first u ensure which PA method your going to adopt and it should be align with the objectives of the system. Since u r looking for the PA system for manufacturing & there are many factors affect the system like skill sets of employee, org culture. Simply adpoting or pasting others' PA system wo'nt serve ur pupose and will become headach for u and ur team.
Hope, u will appreciate the purpose of PMS.

I dully agreed with you, but the thing is that, im having short of period n i have to show somwthing to the Management by 30th of Nov. I hv joined this company 2 weeks bk only..my concern is only that AP should be linked with thr day-2-day activities..and monitored well..im in working ina small town..thats is Bhopal, and empoyees are here like rigid mentality..i hv recently shiffted from Mumbai...Working culture of Mumbai N bhopal is having a big diff...this is also big chanllage for me which i have to face..im ready to adopt 360degree cluture..or any other AP system..which serve my purpose...i having their KRA..(day-2 day activites) I want to fix them in such a format where i can monitor them...Im stucked in the format..which imunable to divce..where i can monitor their perfomance on Qtr basis....Any help???
