:-x:-xDEAR MR. BADLOSER:-D:-D

I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE YOU ONE FREE ADVICE TRY TO GRAB IT. FIRSTLY YOU SHOULD TRY TO UNDERSTAND WHAT THE PERSON IS TRYING TO ASK DONT GIVE YOUR UNVALUABLE INPUTS. IF YOU CANN'T GIVE THE BENEFICIAL INFORMATION DONT MAKE FUN OF OTHERS. YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO SPOIL THIS PLATFORM WHICH HR PEOPLE USES ON A FREQUENT BASIS.

AGAIN ONE FREE ADVICE 4 U. WE DO HAVE THE POSITION VACANT FOR THE HR HELPLESS DESK AND I FEEL U ARE BEST SUITED 4 THAT. THERE IS ONE MORE TERM OF HR APART FROM HUMAN RESOURCE, HIGH RISK.

YOU ARE ADVISED TO STOP GIVING SUCH COMMENTS OTHERWISE I WILL COMPLAIN TO THE ADMINISTRATOR TO BLOCK YOU FROM THE CITE HR.

Dear Surabhi
Just tell them that you need a fairly goo dincrease. Please do increase your present salary by 10 to 15% and tell this is your current salary. I think this will solve your problem.
Thanks and regards

Hey Surabhi,
Practice tells us that companies normally give 20-50% hike over your current CTC. I personaly feel u need to figure out how much max u can get and minimum u can comfortable with. Dont make ur choices just based on external situation. What matters is what amount u r comfortable with, because once u join u shd not think that u hav compromised.

Hello Surabhi,
I agree with Vishal's opinion.
Your salary expectations are depend on , which indusrial experaince u carry.
In addion to this, no of years experiance also matters alot with the confidance level as well as knowledge level.
You shold be able to be able to judge urself& then give them ur expected salary figure.
Wish u all the best !
May God make your prospective employer make feel to give your desired Salary .

Dear Friend,

Salary determined by following factors:

If company has proper Job evaluation System in place then they can evaluate your job profile to determine relative worth by using job evaluation systems:

Generally Job evaluation is done on following factors’
1. Knowledge
2. Autonomy/ independence of judgement
3. Supervision
4. Psychological demands
5. Interpersonal skills
6. Internal contacts
7. External contacts
8. Risk of injury
9. Work environment
10. Visual efforts
11. Physical efforts
12. Use of machine/tools and equipments
But if organization is small without Job Evaluation System in place then go by judgemental approach:

1. Qualification
2. Experience
3. Nature and level of job in the organization.
4. Existing market price for job in totality.

If you reach out to an employee of the company you have applied, then it can really serve the purpose cos how they pay their employees.
Anyway in this worst situation expecting 30% hike is also little high unless you have a management degree from premier institutes like IIMs.
So weigh your options carefully n then quote !
ALL THE BEST

Hi
Surbhi
firstly congrates for this that's u got new job in this time because this time market position is too worst.
if company asking about your expectation then 25 to 30% hike is good on your current ctc.
