Colleagues, all said and done, one thing is engaging my attention. There is the element of personal preference & stand of whole issue of the girl colleague as well. It is said she denied any 'affair' between them. And also going out together not an offense after all now a days. What's her resolve/posture going to be when the matter going to be public. If the discussion is leading to censuring the Partner what's going to look like that of this girl. She may be innocent and presumably victim of threat by the Partner. But when the things shaping to eliminate or censuring him. the damage is going to be more or less on this girl too. How to safeguard her against his defense tagging her also branding a consensual affair between them and it's not illegal (keeping aside his family interest apart). Behaviour outside the precincts how can impact 'code of conduct' in the office. POSH can be applied, if and when the victim comes out to lodge a complaint, isn't . How address this issue? And how the 'Poster' can influence the remedy, is he/she placed in such a capacity?
