The very basic root cause of all this man's greediness. Greed is the mother of all miseries. Builders bribes to compromise on safety standards or quality of construction (as in Mumbai), fire-escape, emergency stairs blocked (as in Carlton Towers, in Bangalore), even Fire Service Officials are bribed to give certificate despite the shortfall in safety standards...... The victim is again the same human being only.... Human's greed drives to human casualty everywhere.....
