Could you kindly send me an Excel or SPSS file with the questions at the top, including the grade, and the respondents along the rows, and their respective answers in the corresponding cells. The files you have attached give only the summarised data and not the raw data.
Then, I can analyse the responses the way I do and send you the files.

Hi Vanita,
If Iam rgt, you r tryin to do competency mapping for a particular skill (Leadership). Your analysis part is good, but, wat u made was an analysis on existing skill matrix. Try to get the required skill level in each grade, which may the company has or check out for BENCH MARKING skill level, by that compare the existing skill level with Bench mark, you vl be getting GAP between the two. Then analyse the reason behind the gap and provide suggestion to overcome the gap. Hope this vl help u.....if u have any more queries......post me.....keeeeeep rockin.....:icon1:
