One of my senior I had work with him very long time ago in India . Two years ago he done some examination and getting a competency certificate now a days he issuing a certificate for lifting accessories etc., He was issuing the certificate without following any recommendation which was given by manufacturer and govt authorities. This is called lack of implementation of procedures by govt authorities. Nothing to do on this case even management will ask to us you have test certificate which was given by competent person the what you need???
Could you share IS 6132 by mail which was you removed (I did download accidently shift +delete myself from desktop).

Thanks for the information. I just want to know that "Form-10" is same for whole India & it differs for states according to State Factory Rules.
