Last time I checked, the number of leaves as per the Factories Act was 1 day leave for every 20 days worked. I needed to know:
- Leave rules as per the Central Act?
- Is there any change in leave rules for Maharashtra as per the Factories Act?
- Leave rules for Andhra Pradesh as per the Factories Act/AP Factory rules.
Also, if anyone can attach the Maharashtra Factory rules or AP Factory rules (if applicable) updated versions, it would be nice.
