That's not called as an appointment letter which only covers ctc details, it mus contain each & every clauses with significant policies which need to be adhered in organisation by employee, appointment letter is a sort of mutual agreement between employee & Employer, it also has legal bindings in case of legal concerns occurs in future by employee or employee
