Before sending an Registered Letter thought of checking with the Employer once again, and he confirmed me that it will take 60 days with an Audacity, I have the email where they have said that my full and final settlement will be paid by 1st week of Feb-2015. So please suggest me what should I do. Shall i go ahead with the letter and inform the Labor Inspector.
