Adoni Sir,
Please note that just below clause is mentioned in my offer letter where I signed and reverted back to them
"The Company reserves the right to terminate your employment summarily, without any notice period or basic salary
in lieu thereof, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you are guilty of gross misconduct or have committed an
act involving moral turpitude or gross negligence."
Nothing mentioned else regarding my Notice period or probation period in my offer letter.
What can I do?
Please suggest and help me.
They can't force me to serve notice period.
If I resign with 1 Day notice period and they will issue release letter in next action.
Please help

Dear Mr.Sudip,
The first clause is represent the termination of employment of one side ie from company side but normally should have been either side. But the clause is silent whether during probationary period or after confirmation. The remaining clauses represents the misconduct. Doesn't matter. You can take the opportunity and submit your resignation letter in writing and give one day notice and request for relieving. As a matter of fact they should not force you and follow the procedure for relieving orders. Please follow the same what I have mentioned earlier.
Wish you all the best
