If a person is employed in an organisation it is expected and moreover it is duty of the said employee to be faithful towards organisation and obey rules and regulation for betterment of the org. But in this case the employees have submitted fake bills. Today they have done this for a few hundred rupees, tomorrow they can submit fake bills not for mobile repairs but for some other heads also. How can you trust on their integrity or dependability.
As I think this is major misconduct. The organisation must have Certified Standing Orders. Take action against them as per these Standing Orders.
