Hi guys, iam a HR executive in one IT concern, but I done my diploma only, till i have 3yrs experience in HR and BDM field, Now only i pursuing my Second yr BBA through distance mode, my question is after my BBA shall i do regular MBA or Part time which one is best, or some of the institutions are giving PGPBS(Post graduate Programe in Business skills) for 10+2+3 (diploma) candidates, can u suggest me, which is best, which is to be worth in future.

After MBA you can also opt for research fellow ship or can go for lectureship,for this you have to clear one exam conducted by UGC i.e National eligibility test conducted every year in the month of june and december.Any further information if required on this you can contact me back as I am preparing for this exam.
