hi,

I am definitely disagree with a point that female HR is just showcase in company, I am an HR its been more than 1 year and I have worked in manufacturing and now in media industry. i strongly feel a female employee are more determine and serious towards their work as compare to their male counterparts. and yes there are people who are more concerned about your outer beauty than your work skill. But than at the end of the day its totally depend on you how you want to be on your work place..

Please don’t misguide a very potential coming female HR; it’s a very dignified job which offers you with an opportunity to make change in an organization.

Also no one than a woman can solve a human problem as she is a reason being everyone existence.

Most of ledies HR Positions are merely fancy or fashionable soft skills jobs. There is hardly any material in these jobs to make any difference to the industry. This beautification of HR being idea of cosmetic CEO positions who them self are not worth for organization create such positions for females for sharing time so that they can justify their salaries.

These Female HR [positions are braichild of such cosmetic CEO's who themself are liability for their organizations, This secreat of their uselesssness reveals only after expiry of their term or contract that these CEO only enjoy heafty bonuses and pay packages to draw the attention of share market investors that company is being managed by profisssionals. This compulsion make to appoint CEO for projecting professionally managed company in turn this same CEO bring one more liability of ladies club and this is lead by by the lady HR to promote more ladies employment into companies.

We have witnessed all such lumpent CEO's before begining of recession in 2008. now everyone is absconding...so as lady HR jobd too.

This is farce.
