I am afraid the 'hahaha' from the learned member Mr. Sundaram is in poor taste esp. in the light of the high standards prevailing in the discussions in this forum.
It is my considered opinion that HR is not field for the Employers to play hide and seek with the employees. There is an element of public purpose involved in the functioning of all commercial and business establishments and they are bound by the discipline of the Constitution and the Rule of Law.
