Hi Friends,
I am an Admin Manager in C.A. Firm, and I would like to pursue my PGDBA. However, I am unsure about which specialization to choose. I have narrowed down my options to Operational Management and HR. Your views will help me make a decision and guide me.
Thank you.

If you have just finished your studies and started working, a free suggestion would be to work for two years politely without daydreaming about salaries and growth. After 2 years, I am sure you will come across many problems and find your way to solutions. At the same time, you will also come across various job profiles such as administrators, office assistants, managers, marketing managers, accounts managers, lift operators, CEOs, managing directors, CFOs, regional managers, head managers, and customer service managers. All of these positions will give you an idea of what you may like in the future.
Note: Don't forget to make decisions based on what your heart says rather than solely on how much salary you can earn. Always give salary second importance.

I really appreciate your reply. I have over seven years of work experience and close to 2 years of work experience as a Team Leader for a call center. I wanted to switch to the corporate sector and hence took this opportunity to become an Admin Manager. I am confused as to which specialization to choose. Should I choose MHRD or Operations Management, as I have close to two years of work experience in operations.

If you have time, go to your institution and ask them for a copy of the SYLLABUS for both courses. By going through it, you'll know exactly what you like and dislike. Don't be afraid to ask for all such material before taking admission; you have every right to get information. I think only the syllabus can remove big confusion. I can suggest to you, but it will be based on my preferences, not yours. I don't know if you prefer sweet or salty.
Today, education is slowly becoming more specialized. In every subject, we can study deeply or pursue a Ph.D., unlike in the past. Do not forget to conduct some reference checks on the colleges where you are planning to enroll. If your dad has good money, then go ahead and spend it, otherwise, make a wise decision.
