dear All,
I have done MBA (PGDBM) in HR & Biotech and I am working in a manufacturing co as an HR executive.
I am also planning to do PhD. But I want to know, whether this is the right time to go for PhD, or I should gain some more knowledge in this field say for about 2 3 yrs more and then plan for PhD.
Also I would like to know the general process to apply for the same in any university. and I would also like to know whether PGDBM will be considered as a PG degree to qualify for PhD in a renowned university.
Thanks & regards,
purnima
