I have some doubts on the incentive plan for BDM. I as a BDM should achieve 4 * CTC times the business. Say CTC = 2,40,000. Monthly 20,000. should achieve business= 960000. Required to acquire business 30% more for closure = 960000+288000=1248000.
If he has acquired a business (non converted) of 600000 in first month irrespective of closure (50000 converted). The target only remains 648000 for rest 11 months to acquire business.. Please explain how this fits in your incentive plan as well as your 6L incentive scheme for BDM
