Everyone has work pressures. The problem here is that everyone just keeps asking the same question over and over and over again. No-one is prepared to do any work, just copy someone elses. That does nothing to help you grow as a person and build your expertise.
When you are training, you need to tailor the training to the group and particular circumstances of your company. Every training course I run is tailored specifically to the people I am training, so you will not find me posting anything here as it would be totally irrelevant to your group.
I am happy to share knowledge but I will not give you training material that I have taken time and trouble to prepare, because you are not prepared to put any effort into preparing your own training courses.
