SAP HR course from Siemens have gone up to 3.5+ lakhs so if any one is interested to shell out ...then this is the institute you can rely on...but do check with their placements thing...as somewhere I read some negative points on the same.
Do chk other SAP partners as well if ur inclined in doing SAP course.
Cheers

Oracle HRMS and now Fusion HCM which has got Peoplesoft HR functions added can break the rock in future. But even now many of the customers would like to go forms based HRMS, as Oracle has come out with release 12.2.5, But 12.2.4 looks standard. But again Oracle has a concept of localizations for each country, my recent implementation at Malaysia was quite tough as Oracle has not provided Malaysia localization, but by enabling Legislation code, we can get certain functions. Most toughest which I faced was on Malaysian Income Tax calculation, though it is somewhat similar to Singapore Tax calculation, still there are variations, Though Malaysian Income Tax authority (LHDN) provided the formula, quite difficult to build the logic in Oracle Fast Formula. I could do some round about to build it using User Table definition. Next is on SOCSO deduction which is also like EPF deduction, these elements and logic is not in-built in Oracle HRMS,Payroll in 12.2.4, but I understand Peoplesoft HR has provided almost every function available for Malaysian Implementation. Oracle has merged this and made it available in Fusion HCM. Still What I understand from many clients, Infrastructure Cost for Fusion is quite high when compared to regular forms based Oracle HRMS.
General Opinion Oracle HRMS bundle is one of the best within Oracle Ebiz. suite family.
Previously when anyone talk about HR and Payroll, first it strikes to mind is Peoplesoft. Now Oracle has taken over and has come out with Fusion HCM which will rule the market in entirety, but it will take time to stabilize.
I don't want to compare SAP HR, ORACLE HRMS and MICROSOFT, Each one has its own abilities. Though Vendors or Service Providers can give suggestions, But I feel Customers should also think which one is best with respect to cost, feasibility, Acceptance by user community, management and most important what other software they are using which needs interface and adapters, So that the product they select best suits to their requirements without massive customization.
