Your main concern is about achieving daily targets, in case the person working remotely achieves twice the target and not to be seen in the market is your concern. The solution for this kind of jobs is to provide performance based incentives & attendance bonus and this will definitely motivate the employee to work.
Finally, he/she has to submit the daily report and this is the document to provide information and for maintaining the attendance for remotely working employee, introduce pagar book and his /her face & time of login & logout will be recorded. In the modern technological era, any this is possible to keep track of the employee.
