1. The best part of the Programme is that it allows all the Trainers to understand Human Capital as 'Human Beings' and not as "machines", as most of the Managers treat them today.
2. They forget that the eficiency of a machine is 96-97% and that of a Human Being is much much more, I would dare add UN-QUANTIFIABLE. you just need to know HOW TO GET THE BEST OUT of this HUMAN CAPITAL.
