can we get the pf pension amount at 9.6 years of service, not completed 10 years of service period?

Since fraction of a year above six months is considered as a year for the purpose of Pension, you are deemed to have attained pensionable service. But you will not get the amount but will be getting monthly pension and that also after your 58 years of age. Reduced pension, of course, will be available if you are 50.
