Hi
Can any one help me by giving me article of one dispute settled between workmen and the management.
Secondly wat are the requirement for forming the union in the company and is it mandatory to be associated with outside trade unions.

Dear Sabeeta,
I would suggest that you should start the Employeed ID Number from a specific number and go by increasing it and not to assign it again to any one in the company. i. e.
IT IS ASSUMED TAHT YOUR COMPANY WOULD NOT EXCEED THE NON OFFICER STAFF FROM 3000.
Than take 3000 as Constant for OFFICER GRADE and increae on word in it. i. e.
3001 Miss. Sabeeta Mushtaq (Managing Director)
3002 Mr. ____________ (D. M. D.)
3003 Mrs. ___________
and so on
For NON OFFICER GRADE take "ZERO" in starting of the number. i. e.
0001 Mr. ___________
0002 Mr. ____________
0352 Mr. ____________
Hope thiat would solve the problem or you take idea from it.
