What type of organisation is yours??? Is that a pvt. company??? On joining did this company gives any appointment letter and ctc sheet??? Whether the employment terms mentioning anything about PF??? Please give some more details, so that any of the forum member can give you right advice...

Company was not suppose to cut her PL... Did your company comes under ESI??? Or else did they cover all employees under workmen compensation insurance... Report the accident case to the insurance company... From there you will get the medical expenses and the wages loss also...
