Dear All,
I want to know about the working hour policy in Delhi under factories act.
1. As per our service rule its 45 days in a week. Please guide me how i calculate the working hours as per this rule on yearly basis.
2. And also we are getting 2 Saturdays off and previously the fifth Saturday also off which falls 4 or 5 times in a year but not now, as per this are we working for more hours?
Kindly some payroll person guide me on the same.
