First issue a show cause to the employees as the you need to fallow the procedures.
But what you most impotently need to do is take a secession to all other employs regrading the CODE OF CONDUCT and the companies polices on discipline, as the worst part is it getting repeated again with some other employee.
So please pass on a clear image to every employee about the norms of discipline.
