As you are commerce grad.You can go for few finacial or accounting courses which are job oriented,but please do not rely on anyone because there are many institution which take much amount and do not give the stuff,Please try to be analytical and focus on your knwoledge,increase it by studies and try to get a good job where you get a exposure it may help you a lot if you are not thinking of further studies.

As im working as payroll executive and this profile i found it one of the challenging one and would like to enhance in this .... so what should i do for it and untill i do any specilization i think it is difficult to upgrade profile as lots of company demand's for it.
And also im little bit weak in accounting...

Though certification has its value still, the job market considers the no of years of experience in SAP HCM.
And experience makes a person far more perfect with practical knowldege than the theory part with a few examples.
Currently am working in Australia as HR Manager, since the oppurtunities I got in SAP was always far from my state of residence, so had to opt for HR career.
