1. You can search free cv's through Naukri portal. Go to the recruiter column on right hand side of homepage and u'll find the option right there.
2. Google for free Job portals to get resumes.
3. Make use of your social networks.
4. Ask employees to provide references.
5. Post a job through free Job posting sites. (shine is one of them)
