Hi,
In my company, we celebrate 5, 10, 15, 20 years of service by giving the employees a certificate signed by the CEO, a gold pin (the value depends on how long the service year is), cash and also celebration by the department concerned (dinner/lunch out with the whole department).
The announcement is done during the townhall where the certificate and the gifts are presented.
