Dear Minakshi, I guess this is your first job, so as an experienced person, let me make few suggestions in my point of view that may enable you understand what you're into. You need to think over your job circumstances and come out with best decisions of your own.

So you feel guilty of being fired for a no good reason. But this is very common among many employers these days. I am sure there are lot of vacancies out there waiting, which you need to explore. But in my perspective, I feel that the reason your employer asking you to leave may be something different. A person having sympathy over a sick employee can never fire another employee without a strong factor of dissatisfaction. There should have been some other incident(s) that took place in these six months that kept him strong till he got a chance against you. Think over your short comings in your employment so far, but you need not convey a sorry to your employer first as there are chances that he may not know it at all. But however evaluating yourself about your weak points will help you be prepared and make a good answer when being questioned, moreover it develops you in terms of perfectness in ur current and future job. Now make a list of all the positive achievements that you have targeted and what you achieved so far, include all the simple things you have done in favour of the company and speak with your employer to let him know the good side of you. When speaking with your boss, you need to first make him happy by highlighting the good things he/she has done for you and other staff, as this would make him more attentive to your speech. Finally apologize and try to find out the reason by saying things like 'I know your so compassionate to the staff that you'll not fire me for this reason alone. I thought very much over where I went wrong, but just could not find it'.

Give it one more try, if you have fate of working there, you would, else take it positive that it may be for some good reason, as you may get a better opportunity. either ways cheers and best of luck:)

Dear Minakshi,
I do agree with H.M.MOHSIN PERVAZE view, you may have to go to your boss straight forward and convience him with your all good points and then convey the original msg. definately he will agree.
If he dosent then say TATA BYE BYE to this Company and search for better opportunity.
All the BEST. Regards,
Suchita

Hi Minakshi,
Donot leave any organization on a bad note. If you feel that this is the place where you will have career growth and achieve something then definetely speak to your boss. As rightly pointed out by H.M.MOHSIN PERVAZE, try to highlight the positive work that you have done. Meanwhile you can also look out for different options....The basic funda is your self respect.

Hi,
I newly joined the company just a month ago and i asked my supervisor to approve my leaves for a marriage in family, hence they disagreed to give me leaves and handed me over the termination letter without giving me a specific reason with immediate effect.
hence, shouldn't i get a month's advance salary and being paid for the days i have worked?
