Is it required to display on the notice board for the regional office of construction companies ( where actual construction does not takes place) , but where also employees are deployed under the security /housekeeping category etc through hired agencies and where the total number of such employees are over 20.?

Whether the display of all these abstracts needed to be displayed in case of a Construction company at its regioanl office where only the administrative and management functions take place and not a construction site office . We have employed various outsourced agencies for housekeeping /security etc total of which goes above 20? .I shall be thank ful if this can be replied vide the forum since whether we then come under the ambit of mandatory display etc ( since we are neither a factory nor shops nor a construction etc )

Pragnaa is facilitating in display of "Statutory Abstracts" in booklet format which has been compiled with the various Mandatory "Statutory Acts" in English / Local Language for all southern States of India (Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra & Karnataka). This can be easily exhibited on notice board and would not occupy more space on notice board.
