I feel that if you are using the Portals then you should contact to your executive of Naukri or Monster which ever access you have and request them to provide a training.
I have also found that without using the login username and password there is a free accesses to search for resume.
if you will go through the Naukri site completely in the down page you will find a column called (free search to Resdex)
