I just shared the views. now come to the point. as you said final choice lies to the employees and if still refusing then we should ask the reason and put it in record. But my point was just to clear it that it'll set a benchmark and also psychologically HR mind will see this option in future when he face the same situation. he refused but what the point is he is refusing the right thing which mgmt. did for him. convince him with one to one discussion. communication is the only way to solve the problems. if not settled down then sit with mgmt. and call him too in that discussion. we always have a second last option.
