I had started with exixting policies in the company and trying to put it properly,your information are really helpfull to me and may other people , i really appreciate your helping others.
Actually in this organisation no one knows about his/her job description and every one do every job possible for them.
No one is clear about their work, their and company mission vision and goal, so employee retention is very tough here, even i didnt find her that neither employee had trust on CEO nor CEO has any trust on employee.
so whatever guidline you had given me , i think it will take time.
can you suggest me something more i this, because my sir has just asked me to concentrate on hr manual only.
