Plz go through the State Factories Rules & then found out the formats of different returns. Mainly the following returns are submitted to the Chief Inspector of Factories:
Form-21 Annual return- Genaral
Form-31 Annual Return-Accidents
Form- 22 Half yearly return
These returns relates Haryana. So you advised to see your State Rules.
