Please let me know in case of a company who have 16 employee on roll and 5 employee on contractual basis, and for contractual employee , contractor is paying PF so whether the company is liable to registered under PF act or not

Dear Himanshu ji,
My answer to your query is - YES.
Since your establishment / organization has 20 and more employees including of contractors' employees, the provisions of EPF & MP Act 1952 applies to your establishment / organization and you are liable to obtain registration under this Act.
Even you have all the employees in the category of 'excluded employees' within the meaning under EPF & MP Act 1952 you are liable to obtain registration under the Act and pay Rs. 7/- in A/c 2 and A/c 22 every month.
