As per ISO standards you need to have the Authorities & Responsibilties for all the designations which are mentioned in the Organizayion Chart. u also need to have a competency mapping which will show the list of existing employees, der designations, nature of work, competence & skills required, regulatory competence & skills required & the training needs.

documentation part.
These company are having all the document ready industry wise.
You just have to contract with them and within 2 -3 months you will get ISO Certificate.
They will charge you on the total no of employee basis.
There are company like TUV and others.
So it is a very easy Process .
