You need to be specific. What functions are being looked after by your HR Department? How many employees do you have? What are the processes? Do you have ETP and STP?

Usually, HR is responsible for supporting functions such as Security, Conservation, Canteen, and Scrap Disposal. You need to identify aspects of all these activities and evaluate their impacts on the environment. Then, you have to define which aspects are significant to you.

For adverse significant aspects, you will have to set objectives and EMPs (Environmental Management Programs). If not, you have to establish procedures to ensure that activities related to significant aspects are performed under control. Also, define which legal requirements are applicable to you and evaluate compliance.

You have to conduct an environmental emergency preparedness plan and mock drills. Additionally, you need to provide training, collect feedback, and evaluate the effectiveness of the training program.
