Here is a thread that is 11 years old, and people are asking for letters. The fact that most did not get answered, quite obviously points to the fact that most of the posters solved the problem themselves.
The request is for letters regarding poor performance. I would suggest that it is the HR people themselves who are guilty of poor performance. Writing a simple letter to a staff member is part of your duties and responsibilities. If you do not have the skill to do that, why are you working in HR?
Not only is your ability in letter writing lacking, but also any skill in performing a simple search of this website using the search facility at the top of every page. These questions and any others you can think of have already been answered many times over here by other members. No doubt you can search Facebook easily enough, so why is searching CiteHR so difficult??
