i am working in small factory as a assistant manager, here is one biggest problem which is the break up of the salary, from the beginning the basic of the salary is very high, there is no format for here. So, plz will you help me out from this situation and i need the subsistence allowance that will be non taxable and how much % can be put for the subs allow.
