Hi All, can fringe benefit tax be included in the salary slip so that employers can recover the fbt from the employees at the later stage .. Thanx for any help Regards, Santhosh

The fringe benefits Tax can be included in the salary slip.....and the same has been followed in my company also.But it also depends upon the company norms..... Regards, Geetha

can u give me a sample of a salary slip which includes fbt in it .. it will be very helpful for me. can u suggest how to modify this salry slip to include Fringe benefit tax :-

Monthly(Rs.) Yearly(Rs.) Gross Salary Basic 18000 HRA 5000 TA 1220 Employers Contribution 12% of basic or Rs. 780/- whichever is less 780 25000 Less : Deduction P.F. ( Employees Contribution 12% of Basic or Rs 780/- whicever is less 780 Insurance(Employees Contribution) 500 Income Tax 1220 2500 Net Salary Payable 22500 Benefits(Taxable for Employees only) 10000

Herewith i am attaching the breakup in a excel sheet. Can you please help in how to add the FBT components in the salary slip and also include FBT in the deductions part of the salary slip.
