from entire fact ,it seems that she is quite expert in her field and should definately wait for the increment in her own company as she has completed her 1 year with the company.the terms and condition offered by the new company is jst absured,you should patiently wait for the increment 4m ur company and mean while try out companies which donot offer such bound conditions for employment
