yes MJ i accept that many of company employee did not got salary payment as i have left quentegra inEnd of Feb 2009 still i did not get tht month salary and other settlement. thanks guna

I had same problem as of yours, my company has not paid me, two month salary and if I go and ask they are issuing the salary cheque for me but, that cheque has bounced, What should I have to do ?, and which is good way to get my salary?

But My case is little bit differnt i have appointment letter from the company .
I worked with the company for 4 months . Company only paid fifteen days salary after two months . due non payment I have resigned on the completion of 4 months.When i asked for salary they are giving multiple execuses for not giving the salary. After a long fight they paid for another fiftteen days salary.
When I have resigned they accepted my resignation .
Still i have my three months salary pending with them .
pls suggest how to the salary from them .
