please use english exclusively for important topics..
exempt some topics like humour and salutations like namaskar...
Please note that many of members present in this site are Indians..ad most of Indians know Hindi so utilise it too as it is our National Language..
Dont ignore it.......
If your posting a reply for a topic posted by our indians, i request Indian members in this site to use Hindi to reply ..If you dont know hindi , english is always there to serve the purpose...

But we should understand onething.. It's not possible for every Indians to know Hindi.
I love Hindi. It's our national Language.
In northern India ,it's O.K, But in Southern part???????????? only 25% will knows.
wat I am saying is, Cite HR is our family and we all are the members of the great family and our common language is English.
So pls avoid Quoting other regional languages in this Cite even in Humour also.
The only language integrate all of us' thoughts and Knowledge in this cite is English.
So it's my humble request to avoid Quoting things in regional languages

hai poorna..i too accept that south indians are not proficient in hindi..am a south indian,but i know hindi better than some people.its doesnot mean every one shoud know hindi...yeah i agree with you...
