Yeah being a godman has its own benefits and losses,, some people
treat him as god , are mad about his miracles, magic, and healing power
while critizers tell :
there is nothing great which he did , getting 40K crores donation from people, foreign trusts, politicians and using 20K crore to build hospitals, colleges etc is not a big thing, because it is not their money it is the donation money, public money which is given by them in form of donation,,,
if he was a real godman he should not have accepted donations and travel on golden chariot, he should lived a simple live,
but WHATEVER IS TRUTH ONLY GOD KNOWS,
So guess such threads should not be encouraged on this site as a clash of opinions will be there, devotees will praise non devotees will criticise,,,

DODDAMALUR (Mandya): Will the reincarnation be reality or not? Whatever happens, the tiny village of Doddamalur, off the Bangalore-Mysore highway, will definitely be in the news in the coming years, with scores of stories doing the rounds here over the reincarnation of Sathya Sai Baba as Prema Sai.
What has lent credence to claims of people of the Vaishnava sect temples of Aprameya (Vishnu) and Ambegalu Krishna (toddler Krishna) is based on a book `Sri Sathya Sai -- Anandasai' authored by one Swami, an ardent devotee of Sai Baba. In that, he claims that the godman, during his visit to Doddamalur, had told him that Sai Baba had three avatars in kalyug, and of them, he is the second avatar (reincarnation) of Shirdi Sai Baba. The third will be Prema Sai and he will be born in this village. He also claims that Baba, during his visit in the '60s, showed a small house where he will be born.
However, confusion prevails among people who are making claims of Baba's reincarnation in the village. According to Ramadas, who runs a Krishna charitable trust, Prema Sai will be born in this village after 2023, as predicted by Sathya Sai Baba. Ramadas said Baba had predicted that his personal assistant, Narayan Kasturi, who died long ago, will reincarnate himself as a woman in a village near Bhadravathi, marry a person from this village and give birth to Prema Sai. "Today you are my assistant, in the next life you will be my mother,'' Sai Baba is supposed to have said.
Doddamalur, located on the banks of the river Kanva, will be called Gunaparthy after the reincarnation, said Raghav, an aged villager, disclosing that the soil and water of the village have curative powers. The village will be called Gun (cure) parthy (place) in the years to come.
WHY DID BABA CHOOSE THIS VILLAGE?
Villagers who are well-versed with its history claim that Baba was carried away by the religious history and mythological importance of this village. People say a Kanva sage did tapasya (penance) here and it was an agrahara (Brahmin settlement) in medieval history. It is said that saint Purandaradasa visited the Aprameya and Krishna temples here and presented a kirtana (discourse) on this village and temples. Baba was enamoured by the historic significance of this village.

Kindly forgive me, if we had spoken anything that would have hurt anyone or criticized someone's religious feelings. I do agree with you "We are here to take the good things from wherever we get and leave the bad things".
Our knowledge is associated with information which we receive. Basically, KNOWLEDGE is fine tune version of INFORMATION derived from RAW DATA. It has got lot to do with beliefs, let it spiritual or science oriented.
To my knowledge, couple of months ago, i posted my thread, sharing my thoughts which i haven't compared with anyone in this world but, this is what i learned so called "SANSKAR", from my parents, my wife, my relatives etc.. and it is very much associated with our culture. Off late i learned that, it is what mentioned in QURAN and practically followed and implemented by PROPHET(PBUH)

Regarding funds, i was just casual about it. Best example is TIRUPATI, upto 500CRORES/Annum is the DONATION received, i have no idea, to what extent, this amount is utilized in building our NATION, where POVERTY IS THE LEADING FACTOR/CONCERN. "Where the money is stored and in what format is the MYSTERY"
Lets enjoy our life, share knowledge, lets not spoil our relationship for someone else who is not associated with our lifes..........."Very difficult to ESTABLISH our IDENTITY but, very EASY to LOOSE/DESTROY the same in less than a milli second"

I am also not a devotee of Sathya Sai Baba. The comments will not affect me. But it may be hurt someone else. That's what I intended to say.
As a Brahmin, our Guru is Kanchi Sankaracharya and not our GOD. My intention behind writing such is only to avoid hurting someone's feeling. As we all belongs to an educated and well cultured community, and we can understand the meaning of what we are writing, it is not fair to comment on someone, who is on good books of some community.
That's the reason I alarmed not to indulge in such comments.
In Hindu Mythology there is a bird named Hansa Pakshi, If you give water mixed milk to that, it will drink only milk and it will keep the water back on the cup and it has the power to separate the Milk and water mixed together. Like that we must take the good thing only and leave the bad thing.
